Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Think & Grow Rich Academy. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in all courses, programs, memberships, and use of content provided by Think & Grow Rich Academy (represented by Sidharth Shah), referred to hereafter as “we”, “our”, or “the Academy.”

By enrolling in our programs or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate in or purchase our offerings.

1. Refund & Cancellation Policy

2. Rescheduling & Program Access

  • Program access with limited duration may be reactivated or extended only with prior approval.
  • We may update program content, bonuses, or schedules at our discretion.
  • Only registered and active paid members can access live sessions (e.g., Monday Mastermind, Friday Mastermind).
  • Logins are permitted only with registered email IDs.
  • Zoom/session links are shared exclusively via email, not in WhatsApp groups.
  • Access may be revoked for violations of conduct or community norms.

3. Payment & EMI Terms

  • Full payment is required unless a written EMI arrangement exists.
  • Non-compliance with EMI terms will lead to forfeiture of access, with the remaining balance still payable.

4. Intellectual Property / Recordings & Replays

  • Session recordings are available for limited time (typically 24 hours).
  • No re-access to expired recordings will be granted.
  • Reproduction, re-uploading, or redistribution of session content is strictly prohibited.
  • All materials (videos, frameworks, documents, tools) are copyright-protected.
  • No content may be shared, sold, or republished without written consent.
  • All intellectual property belongs to Think & Grow Rich Academy, licensed from The Napoleon Hill Foundation, USA.
  • Legal action may be taken against unauthorized use or copying.

5. Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, growth-driven environment, the following are strictly prohibited:

  • Personal promotions or business marketing.
  • Unsolicited messages, especially to female members.
  • Religious or political posts.
  • Legal threats toward the Academy or its leadership — this will lead to immediate membership termination without refund.

Violation of any of these rules will result in permanent removal from the course and platform with no refund.

6. Confidentiality & Respect

  • Member data is confidential and should not be shared.
  • Recordings/screenshots from live sessions may not be distributed externally without permission.

7. Disclaimers

  • Results are not guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual effort and execution.
  • Testimonials and success stories are authentic but not assurances of results.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Jurisdiction is limited to courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation confirms your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Promotion & Testimonials

  • Any testimonials, feedback, or success stories shared in live sessions, WhatsApp, email, or social media may be used for promotional purposes unless explicitly denied in writing.
  • Sharing a success story in any session will be considered consent for marketing use unless opted out via email.
